ufactory.app is operated by Ultrafactory. By using the site, its tools or the app you agree to these terms.

The free tools

The tools are provided as is, free of charge, without any warranty. The BMI and body fat calculator gives general estimates and is not medical advice. Do not rely on any tool for a decision where a mistake would be costly without checking the result yourself.

Your account and projects

You are responsible for what you ask us to build and publish. Do not use ufactory to publish illegal content, content that infringes others’ rights, malware, phishing, adult content, or anything meant to deceive or harm people. We may moderate, block or remove a page, and suspend an account, that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

You own your prompts and plans. You give us permission to process them and to host the pages you build so that the service works.

Availability and liability

We may change, pause or end any part of the service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
